Siewert Equipment offers a complete array of service options including installation, startup, repair services, preventative maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and alignment services. Our Service Team has more than 100 years of combined experience, and with a fully-stocked up shop at our Rochester facility and 8 service trucks at our disposal, we're well-prepared to serve you.
Service Team
Managed by Bruce Collins, a degreed engineer with nearly 20 years of industry experience, our Service Team consists of factory-trained technicians with backgrounds in various mechanical and electrical fields. Each of our 8 Service Technicians is equipped with their own truck and is capable of providing services either at the job site or in our shop. They are supported by a team of parts, warranty, and logistics specialists, who provide unparalleled customer service.
Alignment Services
Siewert Equipment has made significant investments in training and state of the art equipment to bring you this valuable aftermarket service.
Proper alignment plays a critical role in the life and the performance of your equipment. Our technicians have the tools and the know-how to help you avoid the costly downtime caused by misaligned shafts and belts and premature bearing, coupling, and seal failure.
We're prepared to provide service at your site or in our shop with an attention to detail and a level of service that cannot be matched.
Pump Improvement Services
With over 40 years experience in the pump industry, Dr. Barry Erickson assists our Service Team by:
- Conducting "Root Cause Analysis" on all in-house repairs.
- Providing onsite systems design analysis and troubleshooting.
- Providing mechanical, hydraulic, and metallurgical upgrade recommendations to increase system up-time.
- Consulting as an energy conservation specialist.
